Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
Orders below $150 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & International: 7–14 business days
We’ll send you a tracking link once your order ships.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is placed:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email.
We’ll process and package your items within 1–3 business days.
When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with tracking info.
You can monitor the delivery status through the tracking link.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your receipt will be sent to your email right after you place your order.
If you created an account on our site, you can also find it under My Account > Orders.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
At checkout, you can leave a note requesting a gift receipt.
We’ll ensure the package doesn’t include pricing details.
For personalized messages, simply add them in the order notes.
How long do I have to return an order?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
It is unused and in original packaging.

How is the recipient reimbursed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes. All refunds are processed back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, apple pay, etc.).
We do not offer cash or alternative refund methods.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different from the country of purchase?
Yes, you can place an order from one country and ship it to another, as long as both countries are within our shipping coverage zones (USA, UK, and Europe).
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
How can I return an item?
To return an item:
Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation (plus photos if damaged).
We'll guide you through the return process and provide the return address if approved.
Note: Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Absolutely. All product photos on ihusk are real and represent the actual item you will receive.
We ensure consistency between the product and the images shown on the site.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
